Yes. W4 (Pushpdant) is the only pad where everything can be made: dining room, kitchen, living room and bedroom. Food cooked here tastes very good because Varun, the water devta, sits right next to it.
Never. Plant a small agar tree there instead, since trees are planted for the ancestors; tulsi there stops this devta from helping you.
Do havan with kali gunja at the Sugreev pad (W3): 27 ahutis activate the devta and 108 are better, for 27 days. Concentration builds and the children succeed. The Sugreev mantra jaap at 4:30 pm also helps memory.
