Does a toilet in the North-East harm a flat on a very high floor?

Hardly. In one flat on about the 68th floor a full toilet stood in the Ishaan, and the owner, a leading industrialist, had no cancer or other trouble. At that height clean air ventilates it at once, and the Vastu Devtas sit on the ground, not up there, so very high flats need little treatment.

In a ready-built flat a toilet falls on one of the devta pads. What can be done?

A toilet should not be on these pads, but in constructed flats it often comes there anyway. In that case apply the treatment (remedies) of that devta. Never make an Om or a swastik in the toilet itself.

Does a North-East toilet or a South-West door cause cancer?

Not necessarily. There are countless homes with a toilet in the North-East and no cancer, so such a claim should never be made. In case studies where one family member after another got cancer, the cause was geopathic stress, which can bring diseases such as cancer, high blood pressure, cardiac problems and epilepsy.

If the whole Pishach bhoomi is left on all four sides, are all the devtas marked again for the house built inside?

No. The marking is done once for the complete ground-floor plot, including the parking or servant room you use, because those are part of the house too. Even the rule to keep the North-East open only works when the North-East is found within the whole plot. A small house on a very large piece of land, entered straight from the road with the car parked outside, is a different case, while a large farmhouse with a gaushala and other developed parts is taken as a whole.

In a flat system with many flats on one floor, which area is marked?

Only your own flat. Almost every building leaves open space on all four sides, so the Pishach bhoomi of the building is already left; mark the devtas and the bhoomi vibhajan of your constructed flat only, and the effects work well in flats too. Leaving the balconies covers part of the Pishach bhoomi as well, and a bed or locker should not touch the outer wall: leave at least 1 to 2 inches.

In a three-storey bungalow, are the devtas counted only on the ground floor, or are zones marked on the upper floors too?

Mark them on every built floor as well; a terrace with nothing on it needs no marking. On each floor check whether what was built where matches the devtas: if the ground-floor toilet is correct but an upper-floor toilet is built on the Varun or Bhallat pad, it is wrong. Remedies and devtas apply floor by floor, although the ground floor is given more weight than the first floor, as in a duplex.

In flats, bathroom shafts cut a little area in every direction. Are these treated as cuts?

No. Cuts and extensions are judged from the structural planning at ground level, not from shafts. In flats on upper floors, cuts and extensions also have less effect.
